Our four-person sales team receives various project inquiries, to which we cannot always respond with our own consultants. Therefore, we often offer freelancers for our projects. Over the past year, we have been looking for freelancers with a variety of skill profiles, such as SAP, Full Stack, Scrum Master, DevOps, Automation Tester, Architect, Blue Prism specialist, etc. The range of projects is wide, and we primarily seek senior-level IT professionals with at least 10 years of experience in the field.

What is Freelancer Talent Hub? add_circledo_not_disturb_on

Our Talent Hub operates like a CV bank where you can store your information and skills. We don't spam, so you can trust that we will only contact you when we have a suitable project in mind. The information stored in the Hub should include your skills, project availability, possible start date, project preferences, and expected rate. This enables efficient matching of projects.

Projects, price and location? add_circledo_not_disturb_on

We have over 50 active clients across various industries (both direct clients and subcontracting arrangements). Our largest clientele is in telecommunications, healthcare technology, IoT, and the financial sector. However, we cannot claim to have completely exclusive projects. Of course, there are several projects where we have such a strong relationship with the client that we are their primary choice. The commission fee varies depending on the project but typically ranges from 10-15%. Freelancers' hourly billing rates vary between €60-85/hour, and projects are primarily available in Finland, but occasionally also abroad. Most projects offer the possibility to work either in a hybrid model or fully remotely.
